What a valid notice contains (§512(c)(3))

• Your signature (physical or electronic).
• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material (title URL or id).
• Your contact info (name, address, phone, email).
• A good-faith-belief statement.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury , that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.

Our process

1. Notice triggers an internal triage log entry.
2. Admin review within 24 hours, business days.
3. If facially valid, material is removed; creator is notified; takedown is audit-logged.
4. Creator can file a counter-notice at the link included in the takedown email.

Counter-notice (§512(g))

A counter-notice requires a statement, under penalty of perjury , that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

We forward every valid counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not, within 10 business days , notify us that they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, per §512(i).
