    Monthly Premium is $7.99 a month. Founder annual access is $5.99 a year for a limited cohort and is claimed in the iOS app. Local taxes apply where required.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. Cancellation is a single click in your account. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account remains active on the free tier.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Statutory refund rights apply per the consumer law of your jurisdiction (AU ACL, EU directive, US state law). Outside those, we generally do not refund partial months. Reach out at [email protected] and we'll always look at edge cases.

  • Which regions are supported?

    PYLON Premium launches in 40+ countries across North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia. Free ad-supported viewing helps fund filmmakers where our CTV partners distribute it.
